Salesforce CCF Connector not deploying (Browser Error and InternalServerError with ARM templates)

Describe the bug
When Deploying the Salesforce CCF Connector, The Connector button does not respond with deploying the CCF when pressed. There is a Browser error which occurs when the action to start the deployment occurs. To work around, when deploying the Connector via ARM templates, The deployment results with an InternalServerError.
We have validated the credentials, and process works manually via CURL and it's the deployment that is failing with the template and the connect button.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Using Connect Button

1. Download latest copy from Content Hub.
2. Enter Secrets and Config.
3. Click Connect

Deploying manually with ARM templates

1. Deploy content manually with ARM Templates.
2. On the Poller Template, See error when attempting to deploy.

Expected behavior
Connect button should initiate deployment of CCF Connector.

I managed to get this running in one of my environments by updating the Data Connector blade.
Main changes were to update the apiVersion to "2024-09-01" and to use the latest ContextPane functionality which has better support for oAuth2.
