Overview

I build systems that stay coherent when complexity piles up. Currently senior engineer at Fiserv, leading DevOps standardization across 300+ repositories and working with the GitHub Copilot team on agentic workflows that actually ship.

Before this: Leidos, SAIC, and five years as a Legal Chief and Court Reporter in the USMC, which taught me that operational clarity matters most when stakes are high.

How I work

Documentation is part of the product. I write docs-as-code into the workflow so onboarding and maintenance do not drift apart. See my-life-as-a-dev for how I version knowledge alongside code.

Calm pipelines. Predictable GitHub Actions and release routines over clever systems that are hard to debug at 2 AM. I have migrated 20+ teams from legacy Jenkins to maintainable automation.

Security as baseline. Fortify, ScanCentral, dependency hygiene, and access control are part of the build, not cleanup work.

Coach through clarity. I mentor by pairing, documenting tradeoffs, and keeping operational steps visible. The AGENTS.md files in my repos exist so anyone (human or AI) can understand context without repeating myself.

What I am building now

Terminal Jarvis. CLI orchestration for multiple AI assistants and team workflows, designed for mobile-first development environments. Because serious work should not require a desk.

Coder Infrastructure. Templates and automation for self-hosted developer workspaces that stay predictable across teams.

EverMemOS. A fork of an enterprise memory system for AI agents, with security auditing workflows for safe experimentation.

Lumina. An isolated runtime for agentic workflows that feels... different. Built for operators who want the power of AI automation without renting their toolchain. No subscriptions. No lock-in. Just precise, non-human execution that respects boundaries and keeps your data yours.

Tools I reach for

Rust, TypeScript, C#, Python, SQL. React, .NET, FastAPI. Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Podman. GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD. AWS, Azure, GCP. PostgreSQL, MSSQL, MongoDB.

Selected Principles

  • Small, testable changes. Large refactors fail in production.
  • Version everything. If it is not in git, it does not exist.
  • Mobile-ready environments. My entire development workflow runs in Termux on Android because constraints force clarity.
  • AI-augmented, not AI-dependent. Use agents to reduce friction, not to avoid thinking.
