Also, please leave only one or two commits, one for updating the composer and the other adding translations.
(So that you exclude from the branch any changes that change the url to the repository)

sylius 2.1.0 added support to ORM 3 here for this the change in the BitBag\SyliusBlacklistPlugin\Repository\FraudSuspicionRepository is needed
so besides the changes in composer.json and the translation yml file the update for the FraudSuspicionRepository and FraudSuspicionRepositoryInterface is needed.
