Link to internal headers breaks preview

Hi,

Current behavior

A white page is shown in preview when clicking a link to an internal header

The dev console

The only way to have the preview back is to reload the view (ctrl +R)
If i switch between notes after clicking the link the preview skips some CSS:

Expected behavior

Preview should scroll to the header

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a link to a header in the note
2. Switch to preview mode
3. Click the link

Environment

• Version : 0.11.4
• OS Version and name : Win 7 64b

And for external links. They don't open in the browser anymore and just result in a white screen.

As I understand correctly, external link problem has been fixed by #1858, but original issue (internal link) still exist.
