[Feature Request] Colored Tags

To get a better overview of which note has which tag, I would like to have colored tags in Boostnote.

Environment

• Version : Boostnote 0.11.8
• OS Version and name : Windows 10 Pro 1803

hmm, I have hundreds of tags. Do you mean that colours are manually applied to a tag by the user? For example, for categorizing them?

Yes. I'd like to have a better overview which tag is applied to my notes in the note list. Maybe we can color the background of the tag or change the font color.

I'm working on this issue, I want to add a modal so that user can choose tag color from it. But ReactDOM.createPortal is not available since react version is only 15, I have to do more jobs to implement it.
React 16 has be released more than one year, any plan to migrate?
