Fixed two issues.
MarkdownPreview::scrollToto callbody.scrollToinstead ofwindow.scrollTo, the implementation is similar to PR 3293, but more thorough.scrollPastEndbehavior is broken by addf9b9 , add some more style tweak to fix it.Issue fixed
