[Bug] No puzzle icon

Describe the Bug

So I freshly installed the Extendium plugin, activated it in the Millennium plugin menu, saved the changes and restarted steam. I have the default skin on steam, but the puzzle icon still not pops up even when I use Win + R and paste steam://extendium/manager in it. How do I fix that? The puzzle icon should be around the red square.

Is this an Extendium bug (not extension-specific)?

Expected Behavior

I expect that if I activate the plugin and restart steam, the puzzle icon pops up, but unfortunately it does not.

Actual Behavior

I Installed the Plugin freshly activated it saved the changes and restarted steam and the puzzle icon should pop up, but it does not.

Reproducibility

• Yes, I can reproduce this issue consistently

Troubleshooting tried

• Restarted Steam
• Switched to Default skin/theme (only applicable if it's and UI issue)

Steps To Reproduce

1. Install the Extendium plugin from GitHub.
2. Put the extracted zip file into the plugins folder
3. Activate the plugin in Millennium --> Plugins --> Extendium and save the changes wait till steam is restarted and check if it worked
4. You see, it didn't work due to not having the puzzle icon you check if you are in steam beta or not if not check if you have a active skin in Millennium if not you did everything right to reproduce my problem

If you run steam://extendium/manager does the manager popup at all?
Can you also go to http://localhost:8080 go to SharedJSContext expand the right section go to Console and right click save as and upload it here. This way I can see the errors that happened as almost nobody is having this issue.

when i went to steam to do this i saw that the puzzle icon was there but after the process of steam was terminated and opened again the puzzle was not present
