In Track Admin, when selecting another default from the available dropdowns, the change does not persist

Using https://cchits.net/admin/track/3589 as a specific example, I have created new values for Artist Name and Artist URL.

• If I try and select "Renae" from the Artist Name and click [Go], the previously selected value "RENAE" persists. The expected outcome is that "Renae" is now shown as the default.

• If I try and select "https://www.renaemusic.com/" from the Artist URL and click [Go], the previously selected value "https://www.jamendo.com/artist/528025" persists. The expected outcome is that "https://www.renaemusic.com/" is now shown as the default.

Yehr, this is an odd one. Ensuring PHP logs are being created, All I get is a single line showing:

[20-Mar-2020 13:58:27 America/Los_Angeles] Proof

There's nothing in the access or error logs. @ymauray Any thoughts?
