MT 2.0- Bug in Min cluster size and stats with pre-loaded dataset

First off, the stats table appears wrong. The total of the links does not add up to 45. second, although stats says 1 singleton, none are displayed. The 44285 labelled in the figure below is supposed to be a singleton.
When I go to Global settings, change the min cluster size to 2, then suddenly a whole bunch of links disappear. When I change it back to min cluster size 1, then the links do not reappear; however, 44285 reappears as a singleton (see video I emailed you @dacowan404 and @mossy426-cdc

Cleared cache. That fixed it. However, @dacowan404 feels there is some other underlying issue that needs to be addressed in the way stats are stored. He will discuss
