RFC: optional abicheck-based ABI check path for CI

Hi libyang maintainers,

Great to see ABI checking already integrated in CI (ABICheck build path).

I’d like to propose trying abicheck (https://github.com/napetrov/abicheck) as an optional path, with the same target behavior but simpler snapshot/compare handling.

If you’re open to it, I can prepare a minimal PR that keeps existing targets intact and adds a non-disruptive optional mode for side-by-side evaluation.

Would you be interested in reviewing such a PR?

Sure, generating a report with this tool can be part of the CI and I would look at the PR when you prepare it, thanks.
