- Moved lambdas to own folders and zips for versions - Updated Processes to allow automatic dynamodb upserts - Added codebuild for building processes which auto invokes on CF deploy - Updated Localization for FloodMappingProcess
- Allowed processes to not require a NAT gateway - Allowed stack to be created with an existing InternetGateway - Fixed Table index names - Fixed Cleanup Job permissions
- Updated templates to accept an existing Transit Gateway instead of requiring an Internet Gateway
