GITEA_RUNNER_CAPACITYof 2 and higher, the downloaded runner is only a template if you increment this for the default configuration.Use
./gitea-actions-runner update --allow-clone-upgradeto opt inPreferable you use
./gitea-actions-runner update --runner-type 1/./gitea-actions-runner update --runner-type 2to regenerate and download the runner if needed again.
