InAppNotification dismiss button is cut when using 225% text scaling

Describe the bug

The dismiss button of the InAppNotification control is cut when setting the text scale to 225% from Windows settings:

• Is this bug a regression in the toolkit? If so, what toolkit version did you last see it work:

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Launch the sample application
2. Go to the InAppNotification sample page and display a notification
3. Open the Windows settings app and set the text scale to 225%
4. See error

Expected behavior

The dismiss button is fully displayed.
