Added and commented on Blue Spell Modifications and corrected an error in the Mob Skill.

… in item_mods.sql and item_latents.sql.

Added comments indicating modifications to player stats based on which blue spell was set in blue magic to match what I have been doing in item_mods.sql and item_latents.sql.

Corrected stats to the following spells:

1) Cocoon (Corrected Stat, was DEX, should be VIT)

Added stats to the following spells:

1) Maelstrom
2) MP Drainkiss
3) Self-Destruct
4) Blood Drain
5) Jettatura
6) Magic Fruit
7) Soporific

checked summon.lua global and found that AvatarPhysicalMove() returninfo contains hitslanded, and the current system applies paralysis even during a miss, so this should correct it.

Player variable Dynamis_Status is now set using bitwise OR to account for old code that set this variable to unexpected values.

Fixed checked status bit on Beaucedine.

Change the incorrect str and vit + for Tantra Tathlum

Tantra Gaiters +2: Unsure if the base is 256 base or 1024 base. If it is 256 base, tantra gaiters were using the wrong number. If it is 1024 base, then gaiters +1 is using the wrong number. Going with base 256, since this is what is present in bg-wiki.

Bhikku Gaiters/+1: Fix many issues with the item mods applied.

Bhikku Gloves /+1: Someone put tactical guard mod as guard. Since there is no tactical guard mod currently, removed the incorrect mod.

Bhikku Crown /+1: Someone put the perfect counter att bonus as a standard att bonus. It has been properly fixed.

* Added Cooking woodworking and Goldsmithing Recipes

* Adjusted incorrect BLU gear values. Added some, removed one incorrect one that increased breath damage received by player, rather than breath damage inflicted by player...

Update: Fixed the type of pet per the recent submission:
    All = 0,
    Avatar = 1,
    Wyvern = 2,
    Automaton = 3

Also fixed spacing and comments to the comments showed if it was pet, avatar, wyvern, or automaton.

Fix: Well, shit, didn't realize that the upgrade from Evoker's Doublet to +1 causes you to lose, well, all pet mods. Removed the +1 completely.
