NOTE: v24.0.1 is going to be release off main branch as a quickfix. This PR is against release/24.0.1 branch, where libdatadog-24.0.1 is going to be released from. Once the release is out, I'll open a backport to the main branch.

What does this PR do?

Bump libdatadog version to 24.0.1 before release.

Additional Notes

I don't think this PR is strictly necessary—just a heads up that I'm doing a release.
