Window tearing

Problem

I'm seeing image tearing when quickly resizing Dioxus desktop apps.

Steps To Reproduce
cargo run --release --example calculator

Expected behavior

I expected to be able to resize the application's window cleanly.

Environment:

• Dioxus version: v0.5.0, master
• Rust version: stable-x86_64-pc-windows-msvc (default), rustc 1.77.0 (aedd173a2 2024-03-17)
• OS info: Windows 10
• App platform: desktop
