NTR: add 10x Flex versions Next GEM and GEM-X

10x has 2 versions of their Flex technology:

• Next GEM Flex:
  • Next GEM Flex Multiplex User Guide
  • The first original probe based assay, with recommended 8,000 cells targeted per probe barcode and up to 128,000 total cells per channel.
• GEM-X Flex:
  • GEM-X Flex Multiplex User Guide
  • Redesigned microfluidics that allows for recommended 20,000 cells targeted per probe barcode and up to 320,000 total cells per channel.

@zoependlington As previously mentioned, 10x has come out with a V2 of Flex, so now the proposed NTR is for the following structure:

• 10x gene expression flex
  • 10x gene expression flex v1
    • 10x Next GEM Flex v1
    • 10x GEM-X Flex v1
  • 10x GEM-X Flex v2

Updated definitions:

• 10x gene expression flex v1: The 10x probe-based assay that uses a 8bp probe barcode for sample identification.
• 10x Next GEM Flex v1: The 10x probe-based assay where probe pairs targeting the whole transcriptome are used in conjunction with sample specific probe barcodes, allowing for singleplexed or multiplexed experiments, with a recommended 8,000 cells targeted per probe barcode.
• 10x GEM-X Flex v1: The 10x probe-based assay where probe pairs targeting the whole transcriptome are used in conjunction with sample specific probe barcodes, allowing for singleplexed or multiplexed experiments. GEM-X includes a redesigned microfluidic chip with a recommended 20,000 cells targeted per probe barcode.
• 10x GEM-X Flex v2: The 10x probe-based assay that introduces a scalable plate-based multiplexing system using a 10bp sample barcode for sample identification and allows for up to 384 samples per week.

@zoependlington It looks like 10x has re-named 10x Flex v2 to "10x Flex Apex". Could that be used as the term name? And "10x GEM-X Flex v2" listed as synonym?
