Cottle syntax coloring initially missing from View window

What's Wrong (please be as specific as possible)

The Cottle "View" window doesn't have syntax coloring to start with. But if you open and close an "Edit" window, thereafter the "View" window gets its syntax coloring again.

Expected

In Speech Responder, the "View" window should always have syntax coloring.

Observed

The Cottle "View" window doesn't have syntax coloring to start with. But if you open and close an "Edit" window, thereafter the "View" window gets its syntax coloring again.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Speech Responder.
2. View any script.
3. Notice lack of syntax coloring.
4. Now Edit any script. This may involve creating an editable copy of the default personality if you don't have one already.
5. Close the Edit window.
6. View any script again.
7. Notice that syntax color is now working.
