Check for modules installation does not update after ship swap

Steps to reproduce

Swapping ship from DBX to Imperial Cutter, this prospector limpet controller wont update off. Very strange. Supercruise assist updates correctly. Still not tested with more ships but this is the first observed

Have to test swapping more ships at some point, next will be Anaconda
