Cannot set custom confrmation message and buttonLabel for Actions in ActionGroup

Describe the bug
Custom confirmation and buttonLabel not working for Actions in ActionGroups. The default text and button texts are shown.

To Reproduce

1. Add custom confirmation and buttonLabel for an Action in an ActionGroup.
2. HTML does not contain data-action-confirmation-message and data-action-confirmation-button attributes for the Action
