[BUG] r3dfox theme on right click in downloads is bad

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click on downloads button
2. Right click on any downloaded file
3. See error

Expected behavior
Should be like this (right click of an extension in Extensions)

I've been meaning to look into this, been a bug since 144 or so, just haven't felt like it.
