Scraper: Error message of missing csv files now contains the file name

Closes #1242

Example log:

> scraper@1.0.0 insert
> npm run insert:plants && npm run insert:relations

> scraper@1.0.0 insert:plants
> node src/insert_plants.js

[INFO] Starting the insertion of plants into database.
[ERROR] Error reading CSV file 'data/finalDataset.csv': Error: File does not exist. Check to make sure the file path to your csv is correct.
