feat(dashboard): orchestration monitor — campaign management UI #785

Status Update (2026-04-05)
This issue is deprioritized.
The orchestration-monitor concept may still be useful later, but it is not part of the current Studio critical path.
Why deprioritized
- It depends on orchestration engines (
#748,#699,#746) that are not the current Studio focus. - Studio has been reduced to a lightweight local explorer rather than a command center.
- There is no demonstrated need yet to move orchestration control from CLI into the browser.
Current Position
Treat this as a future/optional UI layer on top of mature orchestration engines.
Not current priority
- campaign command center
- browser pause/resume/stop controls
- live campaign score trajectory work in Studio
Revisit only if the orchestration engines land and a clear browser-based operational need appears.

Closing as no longer aligned with the current strategy. Dashboard is intentionally a lightweight local explorer, not a browser command center for campaign orchestration. If a concrete local workflow gap appears later, it should come back as a much narrower follow-up.
