[Due for payment 2026-01-30] Add warning when editing transaction start date

Action Performed:

1. Assign a third party card in NewDot.
2. Tap the assigned card.
3. Tap the transaction start date row.
4. Select a new date and submit.

Expected Result:

We should show a warning confirmation modal when changing a card's transaction start date. This action unassigns the card and reassigns it with the new date under the hood, meaning any transaction on a draft report or unreported will be removed. It also has the potential to cause duplicates for any transactions that were submitted when the date is changed and fall after both card start dates.

Actual Result:

We change the start date with no warning.

I'm envisioning that the warning here would mirror the warning we show when unassigning a card, which is a bottom-drawer (mobile / center state (web) modal, see below. It'd have slightly different copy. Perhaps:

Changing start date will remove all unreported/draft report transactions and reimport all transactions from the new start date. This can cause duplicate transactions.
