Action Performed:

Prerequisite: Account has at least one workspace.
Prerequisite 2: Workflows disabled.

  1. Open the Expensify app.
  2. Open any workspace chat.
  3. Create a manual expense.
  4. Open the just created expense.
  5. Note that report closes automatically.
  6. Note that after returning to chat, report briefly disappears.

Expected Result:

After creating an expense in a workspace with workflows disabled, user should be able to open the report and remain in it.

Actual Result:

After creating an expense in a workspace with workflows disabled, and opening it, report closes automatically and expense briefly disappears from chat.
