The "No" button doesn't work on the Concierge whisper for creating a room

Action Performed:

1. Navigate to any expense report
2. Type #12A3B5 and sent the message
3. Wait for the whisper message about room creation
4. Click the "No" button

Expected Result:

The whisper message closed or dismissed

Actual Result:

Nothing happened when clicking "No" and button non-functional
