[Domain Control] [Release 4] [BE] Create SetDefaultDomainSecurityGroup command

Create a new SetDefaultDomainSecurityGroup alias and command that accepts these params:

• authToken
• domainAccountID - number
• groupID - string

It should accept the admin token, set the domain_defaultSecurityGroupID NVP, send Onyx data updates for the NVP data changes. And handle the errors and send Onyx updates for them.

Data structure for the errors onyx data:

• domainErrors_<domainAccountID>.<securityGroupKey>.defaultSecurityGroupIDErrors

This is needed for this PR: software-mansion-labs#312
