Try upgrading the react native cli, or install from the github repo, they have fixed it react-native-community/cli#1909

Do u build for ios? Unfortunately this app is not supported ios yet because i dont setup some of third party modules, but u can try to setup and open pull request

Uh, then why u run a start command?, u cant debug without phone. U can use ur local machine instead

react native has a web option which the app should work with

Yes, but this app is not support react-native-web nor expo. Because some dependecies are only available to android
