   Sounds great. Here I can see some docs, how to configurate template https://docs.github.com/en/communities/using-templates-to-encourage-useful-issues-and-pull-requests/creating-a-pull-request-template-for-your-repository

   It would be great to investigate some popular projects to compare best variants.
