Editable pdf works and saves correctly on localhost, but not in prod #1771

What were you trying to do?
I am using pdf-lib 1.17.1, and everything works fine on localhost. I am able to edit, and save editable pdfs on localhost. I am also able to render and edit editable pdfs on prod. But, after saving it, it still renders the same old pdf. All the code on both localhost and prod is same.
I thought the issue might be caching, and used cache busting mechanism, but it still doesn't work. So, I am not sure why this is even happening. Video below:
How did you attempt to do it?
Used cache busting thinking its a cache issue, but it was not.
What actually happened?
I still see the old pdf after saving it.
What did you expect to happen?
Expected to see new updated pdf
How can we reproduce the issue?
I am just sharing it to see if someone has ran into same issue before.
