Additional useful parameters

The following parameters would be useful to both extract and store in the assay files:

* mzML attributes, includes:
  * id of mzml 
  * accession of mzml 
  * version of mzml 
* Run parameters
  * defaultInstrumentConfigurationRef (or link somehow to instrument configuration)
  * defaultSourceFileRef
  * sampleRef
  * startTimeStamp
