Feature: Move Icinga for Windows EventLog entries into "sub-folder"

We should ensure that Icinga for Windows is writing log information in a separate sub folder, instead of Application.
This will ensure we do not spam the Application log.

Yes, both Icinga for Windows itself and the Icinga for Windows service binary will log into an own, custom location with v1.8.0.

We will release a new service binary for v1.8.0, because this will be mandatory to update, as otherwise the service will no longer start: Icinga/icinga-powershell-service#6
