If you discover a security vulnerability in Teams for Linux, please report it responsibly:
- Do not open a public GitHub issue for security vulnerabilities.
- Instead, use GitHub's private vulnerability reporting to submit details confidentially.
- Include a description of the vulnerability, steps to reproduce, and any potential impact.
- You can expect an initial response within 7 days.
- We will work with you to understand the issue and coordinate a fix and disclosure timeline.
For details on the application's security controls (IPC validation, CSP headers, PII log sanitization, token encryption), see the Security Architecture documentation.
