Broken `JPopupMenu` scrolling with glasspane (only on Windows 10)

Scrollable JPopupMenus belonging to a full-screen-height JFrame whose getGlassPane is visible don't update properly when scrolled.

This occurs only under very specific conditions:

• on Windows 10
• visible glasspane
• maximized frame so that scrolling popup fits into that frame

Under these conditions, FlatLaf uses a so called light-weight popup,
which is a simple Swing component that is placed under the glasspane,
which seems to cause the repaint issues.

On Windows 11, macOS and Linux, FlatLaf uses heavy-weight popups,
which are displayed in a java.awt.Window and overlap the glasspane.
