Same comment as in #570 We need to check exactly what translation table we use.

The translation table attached to #570 was wrong because it didn't account for the swap of connectors/cables
in slot 1. Here is the correct one ahdc.txt
This also addresses the 1 wire shift noted by @RDupre
As example, here are the changes for the phi~0 wires:
