Migrate on 25.04

Hello,
i am still running TrueNAS-SCALE-23.10.2 and wanna update to 24.10 or 25.04.
What is the best way to migrate my docker stacks to a "native" truenas way?
If i understand correctly, there are two options:

1. Create a instance (linux container) as replacement of a jailmaker container.
2. I could also create a Portainer App (since it uses docker now, not swarm) and import my stacks there.

Any suggestions what should be used, or pro and cons?
