+ Python 3.8 support. Python 3.10 is impossible without changes in the code. Therefore, I will need the unit tests up and running.
Bump version: 0.1.4 → 0.1.5
Add viable unit tests
Run py310 and py311
All relevant versions of Python 3.8 -- 3.13 are supported and tested.
+ caution for ruff format + ruff check --fix - bump-my-version for python3.8 because it wont work

Using a package manager greatly simplifies the installation and maintenance of the package.
The uv package manager gains popularity in the Python community mainly because of its speed.
In this PR I suggest changes to profit from the uv package manager.
