Ultimate container for agents

I have created here a container for agents which could be our ultimate data structure to rule them all bancaditalia/BeforeIT.jl#109. Unfortunately, this would need a new major version of Agents.jl, but it would be the possibly best container for ABMs. It is our StructVector but which also supports deletions.

I mean, it wouldn't need a major version in itself, just that probably it would be best to deprecate all the others if this gets implemented.

Can you please write a summary of the idea here because source-code diving is not something I can afford at the moment unfortunately. Can you also justify what makes this the "ultimate" container? It is faster than everything else?
