`java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/postgresql/util/PGobject` using jdbc in notebooks

Reproducible in latest DataFrame dev version after Beta4 before Beta5.

Running a notebook with jdbc and no postgresql driver results in the following error, even though PostgreSQL should not be used:

Make sure this class is unused unless postgres is needed. Also check DuckDB and other compileOnly dependencies for similar issues.
