I'm good with this as long as it uses the search API and search page, and not some front end manipulation like alexandrite is doing. The visible comments are a subset of the entire comments for that post (IE comments might be contained in hidden children, or once we get top level comment paging fixed, on other pages).

For this we'd need to add a post_id field to SearchCombinedQuery in the back end, to allow searching a single post. After that it'd be pretty easy.
