feature request: clearer versioning & branch management #40
Description
- Version of mod in main menu of the game
- GitHub PR template
- PR/branch rule updates for both main and dev
Now main should never have direct PRs or changes involving mod code changes. All should be merged into dev
main should ALWAYS be a clean "bug-free" trunk
