Maltego transform fails to run

For whatever reason, when I try to use the MISP features in MaltEgo I get the following error:

Running transform Search in MISP on 1 entities (from entity "dddd.com")
Transform execution failed (from entity "dddd.com")
Transform Search in MISP returned with an error: Transform execution failed (from entity "dddd.com")
Transform Search in MISP done (from entity "dddd.com")

I did uninstall and reinstall the transform. I'm sure I'm missing something obvious. Help?

How did you install MISP-Maltego?
The ATT&CK and MISP from the transform hub?
As local transform? (using pip or manually from git)

Did you configure your MISP server URL and API key?
Is this system reachable from your system (if local transform) or from the public internet (if installed through the transform hub)
