Total pages = 0x0 and no output file

Hi, I am trying to run the command from powershell like this:

hibr2bin /PLATFORM x64 /MAJOR 10 /MINOR 0 /INPUT .\hiberfil.sys /OUTPUT .\uncompressed.bin

But I get the output above without any output file being generated. What can be the issue?
