Description
This change includes configuration files and bootscreen \ status screen header files. I also included a README to help users with wiring, wiring harness connections and general information.
The configuraiton files included here are derived from the existing CR10v3 configuration files. They have been changed to work with the BTT SKR Mini E3 v3 board.
Benefits
This should help users who have CR-10 v3 and want to replace the Creality board with the BTT SKR Mini E3 v3.
