  • Kernel version | Linux Dietpi 6.1.115-vendor-rk35xx #1 SMP Thu Feb 19 18:09:57 UTC 2026 aarch64 GNU/Linux
  • SBC model | ROCK 5B (aarch64)
  • Power supply used | 12V fixed
  • SD card used | NVME

  • Software title | Home Assistant
  • Was the software title installed freshly or updated/migrated?
    Not relevant
  • Can this issue be replicated on a fresh installation of DietPi?
    Haven't tried

Steps to reproduce

  1. Execute /home/homeassistant/homeassistant-update.sh
  2. Wait for it to finish
  3. Observe the version

Expected behaviour

  • home assistant should be upgrading to 2026.3

Actual behaviour

  • it doesn't

Extra details

  • I tried reinstalling it via dietpi-software reinstall 157. The python version was bumped up to 3.13.12 but hass is still at 2026.2.3.
