Description of the Change\nReplaced retired neo.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov WMS URLs with neo.gsfc.nasa.gov in all current code paths that still referenced the old host:\n- examples/WMS.js\n- apps/Explorer/Explorer.js\n- apps/NEO/DatasetDropdown.js\n\n### Why Should This Be In Core?\nThe old host no longer resolves, so these examples and app flows fail before capabilities can load.\n\n### Benefits\n- Restores WMS capabilities loading in the WMS example\n- Restores default NEO server loading in Explorer and NEO app code\n- Aligns code with the active NASA NEO endpoint\n\n### Potential Drawbacks\nIf any deployments still proxy the retired hostname, they will now use the canonical host directly.\n\n### Applicable Issues\nFixes #887
