Adds functionality to the
get_data.pyscript andutils/data_connections.pyto load csvs extracted from the artificial HES zip file into duckdb tables. These can be queried using SQL syntax or loaded into pandas dataframes (you can even write SQL to run on pandas dataframes! https://duckdb.org/2021/05/14/sql-on-pandas.html)
