CUTLASS upgrade

Are you planning to upgrade the version of CUTLASS you are using in the near future? If not, are you willing to accept a pull request from us with such an upgrade? We would like to use the latest version of FasterTransformer, but in our project we use CUTLASS version 2.11, which makes it impossible to update FasterTransformer.

Hi, @jellysnack . We don't have plan to upgrade the version of CUTLASS recently. If you want to help upgrading, it is very welcome. But it is better to wait until next version release.

FWIW, here is an update of mixed datatypes GEMM related CUTLASS extensions ported to CUTLASS 3.1.
