Pyproject.toml and Releases are out of sync #1012

uv tool install git+https://github.com/NVIDIA/skillspector.git

delivers v2.12.0 @fdf8d586dc62140b175ac6decb5f6b3a8d2ae8b5

which is ahead of the commit v2.12.0 is based on c7958a3

seems like an oversight, maybe bump pyproject.toml version in ci during the release process?
