Build on #1032 to recognize complete literal inline-code boundaries in blockquote and list paragraphs. Preserve exact source positions across supported line endings and list marker forms.
Retain the existing outer shell-word guard and raw security analysis. Quoted or dynamic inline bodies continue through the existing parser paths.
Depends on #1032.
